How This Works

Step One: Contact Us

Head over to the 'Contact' section to provide your information, and we'll get back to you with our survey.

  • We will discuss your specific pricing in detail during our call as location and guests are variable factors.

  • Destination wedding are not a problem for us. We have worked with vendors across the globe and have a wide range of contacts .

  • This is entirely dependent on the destination but we can plan a wedding in as little as 7 months.

Step Two: Fill Out Survey

As part of our creative consultancy we try to really get to know the couple well before taking on the project. Our focus is on creating the most personalized event you will ever host. Help us paint a portrait of you!

  • The survey should not take longer than 10 minutes.

  • You should hear back from us within 24 hours of filling out the survey.

Step Three: Vibe Check

Once we have your survey, we will have a design consultation where we will have a vibe check. We want to make sure we are the best fit for each other.

  • Let's make sure we vibe! We want you to feel heard and seen on your special day! We promise nothing less and for that reason we would like to assess whether we align on this project.

  • Nope! Just you and your partner!

  • Our first two meetings will be virtual. We will meet in person for the Final Proposal approval.

Step Four: Proposal/ Brand Book

If we are aligned on goals and expectations, the next step is for our design team to design a brand book and proposal for you that is yours to keep.

  • If we both decide to move forward after the 'vibe check' conversation, we will set an additional meeting to get to know you and better gauge what we will put together. We will then have a proposal meeting where we present our concepts and you can make edits where you see fit.

  • You can request modifications to the proposal on three separate occasions. Once you have signed off on the final design, we require a signature commitment.

  • We usually require about 4-5 weeks to complete your proposal and brand book.
